Ingredients
1 lb elbow macaroni
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup pickles, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
