Zesty Honey-Lime Baked Salmon

Ingredients
1.5 lbs salmon fillet
2 tbsp honey
1 lime, juiced and zested
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillet on a lined baking sheet and pour the honey-lime mixture over it, ensuring the fillet is evenly coated.
4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Remove from the oven and let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
