Zesty Herb Dip

Ingredients

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
2. Add chopped parsley, dill, and chives to the mixture and stir well.
3. Incorporate minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice, mixing until fully integrated.
4. Season the dip with salt and black pepper, stirring to combine evenly.
5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Reheating

Allow the dip to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
