Ingredients
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz goat cheese, softened
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened goat cheese and cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chives, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt.
3. Mix all ingredients until well combined and smooth.
4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
5. Serve with crackers, breadsticks, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
Storage
