2 cups diced cooked ham
1 cup diced dill pickles

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced ham, dill pickles, celery, and red onion.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
