Zesty Ham & Herb Salad

Ingredients

1 lb cooked ham, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the diced ham, celery, and red onion.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped parsley, and dill.
3. Pour the dressing over the ham mixture and stir until well combined.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
