Ingredients

1.5 lbs flank steak
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil for chimichurri

Instructions

1. In a shallow dish, combine olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper.
2. Place flank steak in the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
