Ingredients

1 medium green cabbage, shredded
1 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, and sliced green onions.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the grated ginger, lime juice, mayonnaise, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
