Zesty Citrusy Baked Salmon

Ingredients

1.5 lbs salmon fillet
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 orange, zest and juice
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 lime, zest and juice
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp honey

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, orange zest and juice, lemon zest and juice, lime zest and juice, and honey. Mix well.
4. Pour the citrus mixture over the salmon, ensuring it is evenly covered.
5. Sprinkle fresh dill over the top of the salmon.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

Store leftover salmon in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat gently in a preheated oven at 300°F for 10-15 minutes, or until warmed through.
