Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lime zest
1 tsp orange zest
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz linguine pasta

Instructions

1. Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, and white wine. Bring to a simmer and let reduce for 3-4 minutes.
5. Stir in lemon zest, lime zest, orange zest, and red pepper flakes.
6. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the citrus sauce.
7. Add cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
