1 tsp honey

1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
4 cups mixed salad greens
1 lime, sliced for garnish

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the shrimp to the bowl, toss to coat, and marinate for 15 minutes.
