Zesty Citrus Seafood Salad
A refreshing and vibrant seafood salad featuring a medley of shrimp, scallops, and crabmeat tossed in a tangy citrus dressing. Perfect for summer gatherings or a light dinner.

Ingredients
8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz scallops
8 oz lump crabmeat
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 avocado, diced
Instructions
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add shrimp and scallops; cook for 3 minutes or until opaque.
2. Drain and transfer seafood to a bowl of ice water to cool.
3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Drain seafood and pat dry with paper towels.
5. Add shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, and cilantro to the dressing; toss to coat.
6. Gently fold in avocado just before serving.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Reheat by bringing to room temperature or enjoy cold.
