Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1.5 lbs flank steak

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, cilantro, rosemary, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
2. Place the flank steak in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steak.
3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
4. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
5. Remove the steak from the marinade and shake off excess; discard the remaining marinade.
6. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
7. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain to serve.

Storage

Store any leftover flank steak in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
