Ingredients

4 lbs chicken thighs
2 oranges, juiced and zested
2 lemons, juiced and zested
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice, lemon juice, orange zest, lemon zest, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme.
2. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot and pour the citrus mixture over the top, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
4. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the crockpot and serve hot with your choice of sides.

Storage

Store leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in the microwave on medium power in 2-minute intervals until warmed through, or reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
