4 cups frozen hash browns
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup diced green chilies
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup crushed tortilla chips

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, sour cream, sharp cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, green onions, and green chilies.
3. Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
5. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the casserole.
6. Sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips evenly over the top for a crunchy finish.
7. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
