Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 bag (10 oz) tortilla chips
1/2 cup sliced pickled jalapeños
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup guacamole
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5 minutes.
4. On a baking sheet, spread tortilla chips evenly.
5. Layer cooked beef over chips, followed by cheese, jalapeños, olives, and tomatoes.
6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from oven, garnish with cilantro, and serve with sour cream and guacamole.
