Ingredients

8 oz elbow macaroni
2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
