Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp taco seasoning
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, diced
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup corn kernels, cooked
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup tortilla chips, crushed

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and taco seasoning, cook until browned.
2. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado, black beans, corn, red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
3. Add cooked turkey to the salad and toss gently.
4. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, lime juice, and cilantro to make the dressing.
5. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
6. Top with crushed tortilla chips before serving.
