Zesty Apple Cider Coleslaw
A refreshing twist on the classic coleslaw, this Zesty Apple Cider Coleslaw combines fresh cabbage and carrots with a tangy apple cider dressing. Perfect for summer barbecues and picnics.

Ingredients
4 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and red onion.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and celery seed until smooth.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Storage
Store coleslaw in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Coleslaw is best served cold and does not require reheating. If necessary, allow it to reach room temperature before serving.
