Wholesome Fruit Blend

Ingredients

1 cup of strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of raspberries
1 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 cup of ice cubes

Instructions

1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly.
2. Slice the banana into chunks.
3. In a blender, combine strawberries, banana, blueberries, raspberries, orange juice, Greek yogurt, and honey.
4. Add ice cubes to the blender.
5. Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth.
6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

Storage

Store any leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Reheating

Smoothies are best consumed fresh and are not suitable for reheating.
