Ingredients
1 cup almonds
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup pitted dates
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
2. In a food processor, pulse almonds until they are finely chopped.
3. Add coconut, dates, cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the food processor. Blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press down firmly using a spatula or your hands to create an even layer.
