Ingredients

1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
1 cup whipped cream
1 egg
Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, whipped cream, and egg until a smooth dough forms.
3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
4. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, about 2 inches apart.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Storage

Store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Reheating

These cookies are best enjoyed fresh, but can be reheated in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 3-5 minutes to restore their softness.
