Ingredients
3 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12 oz white chocolate chips
7 oz marshmallow creme
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Prepare a 9x9 inch pan by lining it with parchment paper.
2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Stir in the sugar, evaporated milk, and salt; bring to a rolling boil while stirring constantly.
4. Once boiling, continue stirring for 4 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, honey, and vanilla extract.
6. Stir until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate is completely melted.
7. Gently fold in chopped walnuts.
8. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
9. Let it cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours or until set.
10. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Storage
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
