Watermelon Feta Salad

Refreshing and light, this salad combines juicy watermelon, crumbled feta cheese, and fresh mint. It is the perfect side dish to complement your hearty barbecue fare.

Ingredients

4 cups watermelon, cubed
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup sliced red onions
1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine watermelon cubes and crumbled feta cheese.
2. Add chopped mint leaves and sliced red onions to the bowl.
3. Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil and lime juice over the salad.
4. Gently toss all ingredients together until well mixed.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Transfer the salad to a serving dish and garnish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving.

Storage
