Ingredients

3 cups watermelon (cubed)
1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped)
1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the watermelon cubes and crumbled feta cheese.
2. Add the chopped mint leaves and thinly sliced red onion to the bowl.
3. Drizzle the olive oil and fresh lime juice over the salad ingredients.
4. Season with salt and black pepper.
