Watermelon Feta Bites

Ingredients

1 small seedless watermelon
8 oz feta cheese
1 small bunch of fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes.
2. Slice the feta cheese into small cubes or crumble it.
3. Wash and dry the mint leaves.
4. Assemble by placing a piece of feta on each watermelon cube.
5. Top with a mint leaf.
6. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
