Vintage Spanish Punch

A refreshing and traditional Spanish beverage, packed with fruity flavors and a hint of spice. Ideal for gatherings, this drink brings a taste of Spain to your table.

Ingredients

1 bottle of dry red wine (750ml)
1/4 cup brandy
1/4 cup orange liqueur
1/4 cup sugar
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 lime, sliced
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1 cinnamon stick
2 cups club soda

Instructions

1. In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, brandy, and orange liqueur.
2. Stir in the sugar until fully dissolved.
3. Add the orange, lemon, and lime slices to the mixture.
4. Incorporate the strawberries, pineapple, and cinnamon stick.
5. Refrigerate the mix for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
6. Just before serving, add the club soda and gently stir.
7. Serve chilled over ice, garnishing with additional fruit slices if desired.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; best enjoyed freshly made.

Reheating

Not applicable, serve chilled.
