Vintage Pistachio Delight

A nostalgic and creamy dessert salad that combines pistachio pudding with juicy pineapple and fluffy marshmallows, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

1 package (3.4 oz) pistachio instant pudding mix
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix with the undrained crushed pineapple.
2. Stir in the miniature marshmallows and chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.
3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Storage

Store the salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

This salad is best served cold and does not require reheating.
