Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition to ensure a smooth mix.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, then continue to beat the mixture on medium speed for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy.

Storage
Store the buttercream in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Before use, bring it to room temperature and re-whip to restore its creamy texture.
