Ingredients

1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine peaches, lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Stir to coat evenly.
3. Pour peach mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
4. In another bowl, mix flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
5. Stir in melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
6. Pour batter evenly over the peach mixture.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
