Vanilla Coconut Whipped Cream
A luscious and fluffy vanilla coconut whipped cream perfect for topping desserts or simply enjoying on its own. This light and airy treat is dairy-free and packed with natural vanilla flavor.

Ingredients
1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk (refrigerated overnight)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp coconut extract
Instructions
1. Chill a mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes.
2. Carefully open the coconut milk can and scoop out the solid coconut cream into the chilled bowl, leaving the liquid behind.
3. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and coconut extract to the bowl.
4. Whip on medium-high speed until fluffy and smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
5. Taste and adjust sweetness or flavoring as desired.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Whipped cream does not reheat well; enjoy it cold or at room temperature.
