Vanilla Bliss Pound Cake

A decadent twist on the classic pound cake, this Vanilla Bliss Pound Cake is enriched with a touch of vanilla bean and a hint of nutmeg, making it a perfect dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

2 cups unsalted butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
8 large eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup whole milk

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
2. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the vanilla bean paste and mix well.
5. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
6. In another bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and nutmeg.
7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
9. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
10. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Storage

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

Reheating

To reheat, warm slices in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or in a preheated 300°F oven for 5 minutes.
