Ingredients

1 box vanilla cake mix
3 large eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup vanilla frosting
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
24 lollipop sticks

Instructions

2. Bake the cake in a greased 9x13 inch pan for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool completely.
3. Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
4. Add the vanilla frosting to the cake crumbs and mix until fully combined and moldable.
5. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Insert a lollipop stick into each ball.
6. Freeze the cake pops for about 15 minutes to set.
7. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate chips and heavy cream together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Stir in the vanilla bean paste.
8. Dip each cake pop into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place back on the lined sheet.
9. Refrigerate the dipped cake pops for at least 30 minutes to let the coating harden.
