Vanilla Almond Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition until fully incorporated.
3. Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt. Beat on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
4. If the frosting is too thick, add a little more cream; if too thin, add more powdered sugar.
5. Once the desired consistency is achieved, use immediately or store as directed.

Storage

Store leftover frosting in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Reheating

Bring to room temperature and whip with a mixer before using.
