Ultimate Nacho Platter
The Ultimate Nacho Platter is a delightful blend of crispy tortilla chips, gooey melted cheese, and spicy jalapeños, perfect as a crowd-pleasing appetizer. Customize with seasoned beef or black beans, and enjoy with sides of creamy guacamole, tangy sour cream, and fresh salsa.

Ingredients
1 lb tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
1 lb ground beef or 1 can (15 oz) black beans
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup guacamole
1 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook ground beef until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes. If using black beans, skip this step.
3. On a large baking sheet, spread half of the tortilla chips evenly.
4. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the chips.
5. Add half of the seasoned beef or black beans, jalapeños, tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
6. Layer remaining tortilla chips and repeat the topping process with remaining ingredients.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
9. Serve hot with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa on the side.
Storage
Store any leftover nachos in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place nachos on a baking sheet and warm in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
