Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, rosemary, thyme, garlic, fennel seeds, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Shape the mixture into sausages or patties, as desired.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the sausages or patties for 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve immediately or let cool and store for later use.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until heated through, flipping halfway.
