Turkey and Cheese Pinwheels

Ingredients
4 whole wheat tortillas
8 slices of turkey breast
4 slices of cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons cream cheese
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup shredded carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
2. Place 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of cheddar cheese on each tortilla.
3. Add a layer of spinach leaves and shredded carrots.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Roll each tortilla tightly and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
