Tuna and Spinach Alfredo Casserole

Ingredients
12 oz canned tuna, drained
3 cups spinach, fresh or frozen
2 cups Alfredo sauce
8 oz fusilli pasta
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
4. Add spinach; sauté until wilted.
5. Mix in Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
6. Stir in tuna until well combined.
7. Combine cooked pasta with tuna mixture in a large bowl.
8. Transfer to a greased casserole dish.
9. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
10. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
12. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
