Truffle Parmesan Popcorn

Ingredients
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
2 tbsp truffle oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add 2 tbsp of truffle oil.
2. Add 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
3. Gently shake the pot occasionally as the kernels pop.
4. Once the popping slows down, remove the pot from heat.
5. Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.
6. Sprinkle 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese over the warm popcorn.
7. Add 1/2 tsp sea salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
8. Finish with 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley, if using.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy your gourmet snack.
Storage
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a warm oven (about 250°F) for 5 minutes to crisp up.
