Tropical White Sangria

Ingredients
1 bottle of crisp white wine (750ml)
1 cup of pineapple juice
1/2 cup of orange liqueur
1/4 cup of coconut rum
1 cup of diced mango
1 cup of diced pineapple
1 medium orange, sliced
1/2 cup of sliced strawberries
1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
1 cup of club soda
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, pineapple juice, orange liqueur, and coconut rum.
2. Add the diced mango, diced pineapple, sliced orange, and sliced strawberries to the pitcher.
3. Stir in the fresh mint leaves gently to combine.
4. Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
5. Before serving, add the club soda and stir gently.
6. Serve the sangria over ice cubes in glasses and garnish with extra mint leaves if desired.
Storage
Store in a covered pitcher in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Best enjoyed fresh; do not reheat.
