Tropical Watergate Salad
A delightful twist on the classic Watergate Salad, this tropical version adds exotic flavors for a refreshing dessert perfect for summer gatherings. Enjoy a taste of paradise with pineapple, coconut, and banana flavors.

Ingredients
1 package (3.4 oz) pistachio instant pudding mix
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 banana, sliced
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and undrained crushed pineapple, stirring until the pudding mix is dissolved.
2. Fold in the mini marshmallows, sweetened shredded coconut, chopped macadamia nuts, and sliced banana until evenly distributed.
3. Gently fold in the whipped topping and sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is well combined and creamy.
4. Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
Storage
Store the salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
This salad is best enjoyed chilled straight from the refrigerator and does not need to be reheated.
