Ingredients

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup coconut cream pudding mix

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts

1 cup whipped topping

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 cup maraschino cherries, halved

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and coconut cream pudding mix.

2. Gently fold in the shredded coconut and chopped macadamia nuts, ensuring even distribution.

3. Add the whipped topping and lime juice, stirring until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

4. Carefully mix in the maraschino cherries, reserving a few for garnish.

5. Cover and chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

6. Before serving, garnish with reserved cherries and additional shredded coconut, if desired.
