Tropical Waldorf Salad
A vibrant twist on the classic Waldorf salad featuring tropical fruits and a hint of coconut, perfect for summer gatherings and picnics.

Ingredients
1 cup diced pineapple
1 cup diced mango
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup halved seedless grapes
1/2 cup toasted pecans
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Butter lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
Step 1: In a large bowl, combine diced pineapple, diced mango, shredded coconut, chopped celery, and halved grapes.
Step 2: In a separate small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, lime juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Step 3: Pour the dressing over the fruit and nut mixture and gently toss to combine.
Step 4: Serve on butter lettuce leaves and sprinkle with toasted pecans.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
This salad is best served cold and does not require reheating.
