1 cup passion fruit juice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp ginger, grated
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp chili flakes
Instructions
1. In a saucepan, combine passion fruit juice, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and ketchup.
2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Add to the saucepan.
3. Stir in grated ginger, garlic powder, and chili flakes.
4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and reaches desired consistency.
5. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
