Tropical Sunset Sangria

Ingredients

1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup coconut rum
1/4 cup triple sec
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 cup diced mango
1 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1 cup club soda
Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, pineapple juice, coconut rum, and triple sec.
2. Add the sliced orange and lime, along with the diced mango and pineapple.
3. Stir in the pomegranate seeds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
4. Just before serving, add the club soda and stir gently.
5. Serve over ice cubes in glasses, garnished with additional fruit slices if desired.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days for optimal freshness.

Reheating

This sangria is best enjoyed chilled and does not require reheating.
