Tropical Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A refreshing and creamy smoothie with a tropical twist, featuring strawberries, bananas, and a hint of coconut for a perfect morning boost or a post-workout refresher.

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries
1 banana
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
2. Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
3. Add strawberries, banana, coconut milk, pineapple chunks, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
4. Add ice cubes to the blender.
5. Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy.
6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Reheating

Shake well and re-blend with a few ice cubes before serving chilled.
