Ingredients

1 cup shelled pistachios
2 cups diced pineapple
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup diced mango
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

1. Toast the pistachios in a dry skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant. Set aside to cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple, sliced strawberries, diced mango, and shredded coconut.
