Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
1. Cut the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
2. Add the lime juice and mash the avocados with a fork until you reach your desired consistency.
