Tropical Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

2 cups diced ripe mango
1 cup diced pineapple
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced mango, pineapple, tomatoes, and red onion.
2. Add the chopped cilantro and minced jalapeño to the bowl.
3. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture.
4. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
6. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
