Ingredients

1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

1. Add the frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and orange juice to a blender.
2. Add chia seeds, honey, and freshly grated ginger.
3. Blend until smooth, adding ice cubes to reach the desired consistency.
4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Storage
